Scrub…I’m in week 5 of OVT and it pretty much rules. I’m a big fan of volume anyway, though. The separate days for bi/tris and the three deltoid heads are great. If you haven’t done any true isolation work for them (ever or in a while) you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Guys I’ve got 2 weeks of my current 6 week workout plan. Next I’m going to get more of a strength routine together coz I’m missing doing lower reps. My old routine is at the top of this thread so you can see what I’ll be changing from.
New routine is 3 days.
Monday
Power Snatch 5x5
Power Clean 3x5
Clean Pull 3x5
Possibly a little ab work to finish.
Wednesday (these are probably supersets)
Barbell Row 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Dips 3x5
Pull up 3x5
Friday
Deadlift 5x5
Walking Lunge 4x8
Possibly some calf work
