Looking for comments on this quote from Keith Klein. He’s a nutritionist that works w/ Lee Labrada and used to write extensively for MM2k, pretty much came up with the BodyForLife type eating plan which BP recommends. Its an interesting quote b/c looking at so many physiques and see the diets used, it does seem the high protein, low-mod carb, low fat produces a tigher, leaner more muscular look than keto.

Of course, who needs to maintain natural testosterone production with a high fat diet when youre taking 15g of test per week?
