I bought quinoa from two different shops recently. The pack I purchased from the first shop said that the quinoa had around 6g of protien per 100g, and the pack I bought from the second shop (different brand) said it had 16.3g per 100g.. Why would there be such a large difference between the two?
Were they both the same color or of differing colors?
One likely refers to cooked weight and the other to dry weight.
