Quick V-Diet/NEPA Question

I understand that a 1 hour brisk walk is the recommended NEPA activity for the velocity diet as it is the most efficient way to burn fat and an alternative risks missing out on fat loss, but…my commute is 7 miles in each direction and i like to cycle when ever possible.

So each day i would be able to commit to AM: 7mile bike to work, LUNCH 30minute walk, PM: 7 mile cycle home.

Would this be deemed as an acceptable level of NEPA?

Skip the walk on bike riding days. Take it easy on the bike rides, no sprints. You should be fine.

Thanks for the quick and personal reply.
