Since I've started working out (just under six weeks ago and the first two weeks I used horrible programs) and I have gained roughly 10-12 pounds. I went up from 135ish to 147ish.

I just wanted to drop a thank you because I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life simply by using the information found on these boards.


Keep at it! Maybe in a few years you'll be telling everyone how you went from 135 to 200.
