Quick Question

Hey, Just wondering if you guys could tell me what anterior deltoid dominant problems around the chest are?

And if its ok to go right into Ian Kings Chest and Back program just after you have finished his 12 weeks to great Guns? Thanks

I would assume that an anterior deltoid dominant problem around the chest would be when someone allows their anterior delts to take over when benching, thus taking the emphasis off of the chest. Read Dave Tate’s article “Bench Press 600 Pounds” and you should be able to get rid of the problem.


Also, I don’t see anything wrong with going right into the chest/back specialization. Chances are that your increased arm strenght will actually help you to move heavier weights during this phase. You might be wise to take a few days off before starting just to make sure that you’re fresh.
