Easy one for you: I’m going to doing my first “on” workout with Mag-10 on Friday at 1 PM. I plan to double dose up front. Do you think I should take the first dose Thursday night or Friday morning around 7 AM with my breakfast? I was thinking that it would be a good idea to get two doses in before the first workout. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Eric - take your first dose before you go to bed on Thursday and another dose on Friday morning. Blood levels should be peaked by the time of your workout. I think Bill has said 8-12 hours after the first dose is the time that blood levels peak.
