Quick nutrition plan Q

Ladies & Gents, my Sat training schedule is:

Wake - 1100 (finish nightshift at 0400)
1200-1300 BJJ
1400-1500 Wrestling
1500-1600 MMA

Any suggestions on nutrition around this?

Gym is about an hour from my house, im thinking:

Wake: WPI & Fruit shake
Post BJJ: Amino/Sugar Shake
Post MMA: Amino/Sugar Shake
20 Mins later WPI shake
Home: Meal (meat & veggies)

And then carry on as per normal…

I would sneak some kind of real food in there instead of trying to run of sugar and aminos for 3 hours. Fruit and whey even. A nice big meal a bit prior will help as well.
