Quick Meal Ideas

Have been getting complacent with nutrition lately. Anyone have any favourite quick meals/snacks they like? I need ideas. The chicken/rice and eggs/oats for breakfast is getting old.

Five eggs in a bowl, beaten, microwaved, add black pepper. The nuker does a surprisingly great job at scrambled eggs. Just stir em up every minute or so, takes about 3min. Nice and fluffy.

Ha, sorry, must have glanced over the eggs comment. Still…

I would try lentils and sausage, or similarly, quinoa with ground beef and a can of black beans. Man oh man…

Metabolic Drive with shot of olive oil and an apple

Greek yogurt and protein powder.

2% milk, choc pb whey, oats, natty pb.

add ice, blend, enjoy.

This isn’t that fast, but it’s super easy.

Get a cut of pork tenderloin (usually .8 to 1.3 lbs)

Bake for 5 1/2 minutes PER POUND at 500 degrees

After that time frame is up, turn off the oven, but leave the tenderloin in there for an additional hour.

You can leave it longer if you want. I often bake for the first 5-7 minutes, turn off the oven, go train, come home to a ridiculously juicly pork tenderloin that is lean and delicious.

I like it with broccoli or asparagus which both cook up fast.
