I know CT has discussed a certain “strength endurance” set/rep scheme he uses. I have been looking around for it and can’t find it. I know it was 10 sets of 2 reps performed in as little time as possible. 8 minutes was regarded “pretty good”.
Curious as to what % of 1rm was supposed to be used and how often this approach could be used. Maybe at the end of a layer workout to replace HDL work?
