5/3/1 four days a week…I know i’m overthinking this but I hear all the time about people killing their metabolisms by going to low of calorie…+/- 10 grams on any of my macros are not uncommon but I always stay between 2400-2700 cals a day with 1 cheat meal per week. How’s it look?
