I just started on some creatine the other day since I was recommended it by several people on this board. I just have one quick question. Its says to drink it as soon as you mix it. Is it ok to mix it before my workout and the drink it after? Thats about 30 minutes later.
I was just curious as to how strict this is. I know whey says to drink right after mixing too, but I have heard you can leave it for a while too. Thanks for anyone that knows the answer.
