Hi coach Thibaudeau,
I’m a college athlete and my season has just ended. I’ll be getting back into the weight room after a week or so off this week and I’ve decided to start using a basic supplement protocol with ZMA, Surge, and creatine. My coach has recommended using “effervescent” creatine because it is more bioavailable than the powdered form. However I’m unsure of where to get effervescent creatine and I’m hesitant to believe that it is superior to the powdered form.
I assume that the creatine in the ANACONDA protocol is powdered as well which also makes me believe that my coach could be mistaken. Could you clear this up for me? Has the Biotest brand of Creatine worked for you?
