Firstly, strength and conditioning is a field I wish to work in after I have finished my sports science degree. I love training and rugby but I’m starting to realise I may never play top level sport. I was considering taking P.C.I.P 1 and possibly 2 over the next year, do you think this would be a wise investment?
Secondly, I am on internship next year and I am in the process of sending CVs to rugby clubs I wish to work at. If you were taking interns on what would you look for in a CV/interview from a strength and conditioning perspective?
