This question actually isn’t for myself, but for a friend of mine who is going to be competing in about a month or so.
He has been trying to diet down, upping the cardio, and taking a “fat burner” that he bought from Wal-Mart I believe (I know I know).
Anyhow he asked me if I knew or had any experience with fat burners and/or diuretics, as he will actually be trying to dehydrate himself (as a lot of bodybuilders do I guess).
I know there are guys on this forum who have competed before and was wondering if any of you could possibly give some experiential advice about what you did to get down to competition BF% and “dryness”?
