I have just recently started working out at the gym again. I'm going to purchase the Low-Carb Grow because I heard this is the best product to put on weight. I was reading other post about a eating schedules and I'm a little confused. What I'm doing now is trying to consume as much protein as possible. Eggs in the Morning, meat at night, but what I was wondering was what would be the best sources of protein and how often should I be eating?
