Hey Jim, I’m on what would be my deload week of my first cycle of 5/3/1 running the triumvirate assistance work.
So my understanding is I can skip the first deload week.
How do I recalculate my workouts? I know I add 5 pounds for upper body and 10 for lower body.
Do I add this to my actual max or my training max?
also can I switch up my assistance work every cycle? or if ive done triumvirate should I stick to it?
