you mention that Max-Ot work only for few people but with some modification it was a solid program.
Could you give some information about those modifications you were talking about.

I have read about some people simply moving the rep range from 4-6 up to 8-10. You could also take Cephalic advice about heavy and light weeks ( see below ) as well.
