I’m doing the GSP on Mag-10, with 500 carb, 400 protein and 80 fat. On the days where I don’t lift, and I still supposed to consume that many calories, or do I cut it a bit to make up for the not lifting. Or do I consume the same amount to aid recovery. I assume I take the same amount, but I was hoping someone with a bit more knowledge can help me out. thanks
Eat the same amount.
Your instinct is correct. You keep the same caloric intake throughout the cycle; even on days that you don’t train.
