hey guys i did Christian’s lower body program but really didnt finish it and didnt do it fully to detail. would it be ok if i did it over again? would my gains be limited since i already attempted to do it?

Did it give you the results you were looking for?
Did it stop producing results?
Does the program warn that one should not do it for an extended period of time (i.e. extremely CNS intensive)?
Have your training goals changed since doing it the first time?
