Hello CT, you said like to layer so Push Press:
- Ramp to 1RM (starting at about 60%)
- 2 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of 1RM
- Ramp to 2RM (starting at anout 80% of 1RM)
- 2 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of 2WD
- Ramp to 3RM (starting at about 80% of 1RM)
- September 1 of 3-5 reps with 85% of yur 3RM
My question is, does each Ramp 6-9 series RM?
