Question on New Rules of Lifting

I was thinking about purchasing New Rules of Lifting but I’m not sure how well it would work in my situation. I workout at home with dumbbells only and would like some opinions on weather or not the info that is in the book could be adapted to/useful for a 100% dumbbell and bodyweight workout. I’m also looking at Dumbbell Training for Strength And Fitness so any opinions on this book will also be appreciated.
