Is there a problem with just repeating your last workset ( the weight and reps) on 3-5-1 as a jokerset instead of upping the weight a little?
Say my last amrap set is only the prescribed number of reps. (3,5 or 1)
What if i just repeat the set 1-3 times?
I want to do this because i have been doing the original 531 with added bbb, for a couple of cycles now and i feel there is wayyy to little volume in the 85%+ range.
If i hit 10 reps instead of the prescribed 3 i will obviously do jokersets with a heavier weight.
