I am trying to lose fat while gaining muscle. I am now eating brown rice instead of other rices.
Anyway I was at the supermarket today and they had 2 different brown rices. One has more carbs then the other.

edit: 2nd one has incorrect ammount of carbs. on packaging it says 72grams
Which one is better? Should I try the one with less carbs?
Typically if I were to have brown rice I would have chicken breast and veges with it.
