Question on Deloading

I’m entering the 8th week of Thib’s OVT program. It says that an easier program should be followed after the 8 weeks to allow for delayed growth.

Some questions i have is what should that training be like? Since OVT is all 5x5, i was thinking of doing 5x3 with the same weight.
Should the training splits be the same and supersetted?(Still chest+back, legs+abs etc)

Man tons of ways to delaod, Main thing just back the heck off in some way usually lower the volume a LOT keep intensity pretty high

In general take a week and well back off come back rollin hard and fresh
