Hi everyone. I have a question for Chad Waterbury's Total Body Training program. Say i have chosen the 6 exercises for workout 1 in week 1. Do I do the same exercises in workout 2 &3 for the rest of the week? Or do I change to other exercises? The question seems stupid, but i just want things to be clear for me heh.
No, You are supposed to do a split routine from Thib's on day 2 and 3. Day 1 will be a waste of time. Don't forget your flinstone vitamins.
