Herschel Walker said that he’d do 2000 pushups, 3000 situps, 1500 pull ups. How in gods name can anyones joins and tendons handle that kindof volume? Especially on the pullups.
He would be considered abnormal. I have also heard that (whether it’s true or not I don’t know) that he also did farm-type work - throwing hay bales, sled dragging.
