Question: Mutation Series

On some of the excercises, Christian mentioned not resting between sets. This may be a stupid question, but how do you do that?


What the Beast is referring to are called supersets. It’s not that there is absolutely zero rest but as little time as possible between sets. In other words, have the equipment for the second exercise ready and start that exercise as soon as possible after completing the first. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

How, you simply move from 1 excersize in the super set to the next with no rest in between. Say you are doing bench and BO rows. U do the bench and then move straight to the rows, no rest between sets.
