Question For The Metalheads

I heard a bad ass song in the gym last night and I am wondering if someone can give me a title and artist. It starts out with what sounds like a tornado siren. Didn’t catch any lyrics but I have not heard it before so I am sure it is a newer song. It is pure METAL. Not alot to go on, i know but can anyone help?

Off the top of my head, it sounds like it might be…

“Skyrockets in Flight” by Starland Vocal Band.

Any of these lyrics sound familar?

Started out this morning feeling so polite
I always thought a fish could not be caught who didn’t bite
But you’ve got some bait a-waitin’ and I think I might
Like nibblin’ a little afternoon delight

LOL. Sorry, I guess I can’t help.

oH, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! is it bad that that’s what I thought he was talking about too? That’s the only song that came to my head with a siren at the beginning.

Only song that starts with a siren that I know of is the Dropkick Murphys’ “Gonna be a Blackout”.

Pulse of the Maggots–Slipknot.

Rock on.

Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” Starts with the siren on their Live ‘Reunion’ CD

Besides all the bands above I know Black Label uses a siren in their shows.

other bands rock…MANOWAR KILLS!

avenged sevenfold “bat country”?.. if it’s not it, it’s still a badass song to lift to though.

I hate that song so much. Stupid pop sound, stupid attempt to parody (or homage, I guess) Fear and Loathing. RIP H.S.T.

My guess would also be Black Label Society

OH MY GOD! LMAO!

That actually came over the speakers one day while my husband and I were working out. Middle of a deadlift, laughing, not good!

Second that! It sounds like something off a video game. No talent, bad lyric crap.

I second this one.

Chorus lyrics:
(We) We are the new diabolic
(We) We are the bitter bucolic
If I have to give my life, you can have it
(We) We are the pulse of the maggots

I second this. This band (and many like it) make me sick. They really have no idea what they are about. Just whatever gets 14 year old girls to like them.

Seamless - American Head Charge, it also has the siren sound. Most likely Slipknot though.

Yeah if you can’t understand the lyrics it’s probably the slipknot track…

GAINER

Speaking of metal, nice choice in music. Meshuggah is awesome.
