Coach Davies, first I have to thank you for the wonderfully painful renegade bodybuilding program you wrote. I have been caught up in just putting on size that I forgot how good training in this manner felt. My question was what am I suposed to do on days 6 and 7, as they are left out of the program? Also do you have any mpeg’s of the bent press so I can get a better idea of how it’s executed.
On days 6 and 7 you are to be grateful for the talents you use to the fullest. It is during the rest days that you are given more strength and resilience to perform with the next week. You ought to be able to find some archived articles on the bent press if not I am sure coach can send you a couple of pics.

Days 6 & 7 should be used as (modestly active) recovery days as well as preparing you mentally for the next week. Let me know how your training goes. In faith, Coach Davies
