of course

lol then I’ll skip the part about saying his name three times

if prof X showed up behind me with a hook, he could mess my teeth up pretty badly

PX,
about chest,
when you have switched from bb to dbs did you use a ligher loads?
did you use a different set/reps/rest time than with bb?

i do this question because it seems that using dbs I get better results with higher reps(8/10) ,shorter rest periods&full rom (dead stop on bottom positions) even if loads get down very deep…
also, could you post some recent pics about you after leaning out?
thanx

Hey X,

Get well soon!

  • SAMA (yes all of us)

yep. Training lab tab → Training logs → you get the point

holy crap X!

I’m really rooting for a speedy recovery for you!

No doubt all that muscle mass helped you survive in the crash and i’m not being ironic, once a friend of my teacher survived a car crash and he only didn’t get paralyzed because of the huge frame he was carrying.

As Rippetoe said: “Strong people are harder to kill than weak people, and more useful in general.”

take care man.

Really sorry to hear about your accident X. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Get Well, X!

I’m going to say something extreme, but I really think its true: Whatever it is you’re Dedicated to, if you’re riding a bike, you’re not really dedicated to it, since you’re willing to take a huge chance of giving it up.
(from the experience of a cousin and a friend, both almost lost their legs, now just walk strange).

Hope you get well soon X and it doesn’t keep you outta the gym for too long man.

Glad you made it X.

They say your size helped you survive huh? Sounds like the ultimate in FUNCTIONAL muscle

Will be praying for you.

May you recover faster than ultimate Wolverine!
