John, I really liked the hybrid-training split in your creation of a T-Man article. I was wondering though, if I could use that for longer than 4 weeks, or would working the same muscle groups on back to back days take it’s toll in the long run? Maybe doing it 4 weeks on, than a week off would work? Thanks.
I think John said that this is what works for him, that the nine weeks (4 weeks with a transition phase) was not a special number.
yep, there are no special formulas here. take into account your recovery and motivation, assess these things daily/weekly and go from there.
