I read your article on the taming of insulin and was very interested in the flavonoids. You mention dosages of grape seed extract and bilberry for effective dosages of quercetin, but these are very expensive, and I am able to obtain pure quercetin from a vitamin supplier, and was wondering what the effective dosage of pure quercetin would be. Thanks!!!
While it has been a while since I researched this flavonoid extensively, I came to the conclusion that 200-800 mg would suffice. I’m getting ready to start doing some experimenting with it and several compounds of that nature.
Jarrows and twinlabs both make a quercetin.
