Question for CT

Coach,

I’m looking to utilize a 4-Day/week program With 2 upper body days per week and two lower body days. I’m a rugby player so I was thinking of something along the lines of One Maximal Strength/Functional Hypertrophy Day (utilizing pure and medium rep cluster etc.), and One Dynamic Day. How would does this look? And how many times per week can a I utilize clusters and heavy rep training?
