Question for CT about the Mega-Shoulder Glider 2004!

CT, What benefits or what harm would a side walking variation of the TMSG2004 have. Reach out with your left arm follow with your right, then swing your legs to center them.

That sounds like a good idea, but why not just do it forwards and backwards , it will blow you up just doing it that way.

I’m doing it that way too but I tried it (really quickly not a full workout) and it seems like the swinging of the legs motion hits your external obliques a great deal. I was just wondering if this would be a safe variation to add. You could also maintain the pushup form and swing your legs back and forth without doing the “walking” motion. These two motions really hit your sides.

Bump for CT incase he missed it.

thank god someone else is doing these.

I emailed CT a while ago about a variation that I came up with on the grab drills.

To switch things up, I get
in either the stiff armed or 90 elbow position, and go around in a circle…
In other words, act like a big clock with the plastic disc as the center.
Then obviously I go counter clockwise to balance. It’s pretty difficult to
go at a fast speed and not “mis-step” so to speak. I have been doing sets of:

1.5 rotations clockwise
1.5 rotations counter clockwise
1.0 rotations clockwise
1.0 rotations counter clockwise
0.5 rotations clockwise
0.5 rotations counterclockwise

60-80s rest

1.5 rotations counterclockwise
1.5 rotations clockwise
1.0 rotations counterclockwise
1.0 rotations clockwise
0.5 rotations counterclockwise
0.5 rotations clockwise
