i’m going into my fourth week of doing your “Canadian Cannons” program and am having good results over the past month. i’ve never felt more pain in my biceps and forearms than ever before. although i didn’t measure the circumference of my upper arms, they appear larger days after completing a workout, and i am pleased to say that my other compound lifts incorporating my biceps and forearms are stronger. my question is, what should i do now to continue training my biceps? is there a regimen you followed after Canadian Cannons that i should perform in order to continue increasing strength and size? thank you for all your help. i’m enjoying building cannons of my own.
