Question for Chad: Total Body Training

I just completed Quattro Dynamo on Sat.(10/30), and I plan to start TBT next week. I noticed that with a lot of the programs offered that there isn’t a lot of emphasis on ab work. I know that diet plays a very important role in this, and I am making progress in that area. However, I was curious as to your suggestions on ab work while completing the Total Body Training program.
