Question for Bill Roberts regarding Mag-10

Is it okay to follow a 2-week mag-10 cycle with a diet such as Berardi’s Don’t Diet, or do I have to do something such as Massive Eating for two weeks to not disrupt my gains?

With androgen cycles in general I find that a “good” diet by bodybuilding standards, with calories sufficient for normal maintenance, does fine. No special trick is required (not to say that John Berardi’s ideas may not be a further improvement even in this context, but if so it’s not shown yet.)
