hi Coach Thibaudeau, appreciate your knowledge very much. your training philosophies intrigue me to say the least. my question pertains to your I,Bodybuilder program. i am a member of a gym with a chain of locations and the one i am usually able to go to, usually on mylunch breaks at work, does not have a power rack with pins. ur program calls for quite a few lifts from pins. what would be the next best option for these lifts that require a power rack? possibly smith machine as it has stoppers that i could set where i want? thanks for the knowledge coach!
Yeah if you need lifts from pins you might want to go with the \Smith machine. It really is not as effective but it’s the “least bad” alternative
