Question About Training Order

I am gonna do this routine for 4 or 5 weeks

Two questions though.

What about shoulders?
Is it ok to do arms after chest/back an legs on arms day or doesthat risk overtraining the arms?

Don’t worry about shoulders while following this program. They will get enough work due to the high volume of chest and back exercises.

I would also use the schedule as suggested and not try adding arms to the chest/back workouts.

if your arms are already sore i’d skip that… but if they feel fine then why not throw in a few extra arm exercises

I dont mean that I’m gonna throw in more arms but rather just switch the arm and legs day.
