Question About The Site

Hey, not a beginner to lifting, but I’m a beginer to this site. I’ve heard people mention different programs such as Waterbury’s Outlaw and Meltdown 1. Is there somewhere I can go to find these?

Thanks, any info is much appreciated.

First of all, welcome to the site!

Also, you can find every article here, from training to nutrition, ect, in the Article Library (blue box, left hand side of your screen). It’s sorted by category, but there is an author’s section if you know who wrote the article in question.

Hope that helps!

Welcome to the site. There is so much information that at times it can take a while to dig something out. Don’t give up, it’s worth it!

You can use the article library (see the blue button on the left as you scroll down) and also the search link near the top of the screen.

Also, there are threads that have links to tons of things, so if you run across one of those it will help a lot.

Thanks alot!!!

Cheers . . . Apex

Much appreciated!!

Here’s another link that may be useful to anyone new to the site. It includes links and acronyms for many of the coaches here.

Whoa, sweet! Thanks! I’m used to being called a bastard, but it’s usually right before being clocked with the business end of a que stick.

Thanks, again! I’ll wear it proudly.
