Question about Test Bosters

I just turned 24 and I’m thinking of taking some. Now, I still haven’t figured out which one would be most effective. But in general, my question relates to the body’s own production of testosterone. My understanding is taking steroids impedes your own body’s production of testosterone. Is it the same with natural testosterone boosters? Thanks in advance.

Also is there any ones you guys would recommend?

Alpha Male + stinging nettle + zinc + cold showers at night.

Rather than impeding natural testosterone production, those that work do so by increasing it.

I think it’s just Placebo, most of these so-called T-Boosters are crap.
I did one T booster with the usual ingredients like Longjack, etc. etc. alot these
pills have basically the same damn ingredients anyway and learned alot about them since.
Save your money.

D-aspartic acid works for certain individuals, including myself. If you have a tendency towards higher estrogen levels, cycle this for three weeks on/one week off and throw in either resveratrol or zinc to act as an AI.

Bulk DAA + Animal Stak works like a charm. My buddy gave it me a tub a while back and I just gave it a run.

I’m 21 and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Very helpful.

50 milligrams of zinc a day, a crapload of Vitamin D, reservatol, and dha. Works best to naturally boost/maintain test levels. At least for me. I took MHP TBomb2 for a month or 2. It worked really well. But it gave me massive headaches and stomachaches. And made my turds turn a weird blueish/greenish color. Not really worth it.

Aopocetx,

Are u serious?
At your age?
U do know that you are at your peak test production level right now, right?

Here is a thought…
That is if you are serious.
Really serious.

Pick out whatever “wonder” test-boosting supplement you think is best based on the suggestions of these internet supplement experts and order a couple of months worth.

Before you start taking it, go out and get your blood draw and have your total testosterone and FREE testosterone levels measured. You don’t even have to go see your doctor. There are plenty of places that you can just walk in and have this done for a fee. Make sure that you ask for FREE as well as total test levels. Your total don’t mean squat if your free level is low.

But u already knew that didn’t you?

Then start taking your “wonder” test-boosting supplement for 8 to 12 weeks.

Then get your blood re-tested and see if your test levels are through the roof.
Don’t forget to have the FREE test level checked right?

Then log back on here and tell us that the “wonder” crap was just that.

The supplement maker could run these tests and publish them in scientifically peer reviewed journals but why go to all the trouble right? It makes more economic sense (i.e. money making) to simply put a picture of a skinny geek next to a roid user and photo-shop the geek’s face onto the roid user. Its cheaper…AND IT WORKS (i.e. guys buy the crap)

Hey, good luck
and why really bother with all that blood testing right?

If i was to be brutally honest youd be wasting your money. At your age your test levels should be fine. Zinc, dha, ZMA etc supplementation will only increase your test levels if you are dificient in these minerals. so chances are, at your age with a decent diet, supplementation with these will not even touch your test levels. As for your question about synthetic test. This only inhibits your bodies production as you are injecting a synthetic version of testosterone into your body so there is no longer a need for your body to produce its own test any more (or as much).

Make sure your diets in check, plenty of good fats aswell as saturated fats, 8+ hours of sleep a night, and a ZMA supplement if your doing alot of intense exercise, to cover all your bases, and you should get some of the best gains of your life at the age your at.

Hope this answers your question.

LBRamble and Hull, thanks for your responses. You have convinced me not to waste any money on these. I was really wondering if it’s worth it for me to take test boosters at my age (I thought 23-25 is when it starts going down) and you have convinced me that it’s not. Thanks guys.

hcg works great and it is natural.

Probably won’t do much for your actual test levels, but them pills will make your dick hard as shit.

HCG?

Satisfied with my current test levels but more than happy to add a dick-hardening agent to my supplement stack…

HCG isn’t orally bioavailable; oral HCG products are not legit.

There are quite a few sex enhancement products that have been found to be spiked with sildenafil or tadalafil (Viagra or Cialis.) I’m certainly not saying that all oral HCG products are spiked, but if a “dick hardening” effect was noted from a given product, spiking would be the way to bet.
