I will be starting the T-Dawg Diet on monday and was wanting to know how flexible the diet was. I noticed in the article it says only to consume 0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein per lb of BW. I’m 170 lb so thats 138-140 grams of protein with 100gr of carbs on training days and 70 on non-training. The rest coming from fat. Can I consume slightly more protein than fat, say the same as my body weight with the rest of it fat and still get the benefits of the diet? Help is greatly appreciated, I only have 3 days 'till I begin.
