Hey guys, I had a quick question about Stripped-Down Hypertrophy. The article talks about selecting six different lifts for each workout and goes on to downplay variation. Does this mean that if I choose flat bench for my horizontal push, I will be doing flat bench five times a week? Or can I alternate and have something like an A-Day and B-Day? Or am I missing the point all together and am I supposed to have five different horizontal push movements, one for each workout?
