Hey guys, I’ve been working out consistently for about five years, and have gotten alot stronger and I’ve seen much improvement. I just started the Westside Conjugated, and I was wondering about the technique of the Speed Bench on DE day.
Am I supposed to let the bar down slowly and then explode it up off my chest, or am I supposed to let the bar down as fast as I can and then explode it back up?
