Question About Reps Each Week

I was wondering if you guys have a certain range of reps you stick to for each week for example on 5s week you will stick between 6 to 8 reps or do you go all out

This depends on the specific template you are using. Remember we do 6 week cycles that allow the lifter some variety and choose a different focus…without losing pronciples.

Thanks Jim I started the strength challenge today so I did 495 x6 last set of 3 waited 2 to 3 minutes and hit my training max I like to push my pace a little as a way to make the lift harder looking forward to your next book
