Question about Pavel methods

I am reading into pavel method and i am tryin to include his pull-up ladders and bear method…i was thinking of trying powercleans using pavel’s bear method, but since powercleans are a explosive lift and pavel is, (for a lack of a better word) all about tension, i am wondering if powerclean wouldn’t be too great. i am training for HS football and my goal is strength and mass.

right i use power cleans but not in the beazr meathod i would recomend sticking to deadlifts squats bench rows chinsp dip military press and cruls read the other posts on this forum i think one has the “*” in the title so just do a search
