Pretty simple question. In JB's massive eating he recommends to center two P+C meals (not including recovery shakes during and after workout)around training, but what about non-training days? Should I still consume the same number of P+C meals? Should I have them earlier in the day when I dont train? (I usually train around 6pm and the P+C are ususally the last two meals I consume before bed.)Thanks..
Non training, carbs early, cut them down to veggies etc around lunch and beyond
Usually 3 and 3, P+F 3 late meals.
