Hey CT! I’ve been following you for quite some time. In one of your training logs…probably a few years back you were taking(before bed) ZMA, GABA 5g, Glycine10g, 5-HTP 200mg, inositol 500mg, and B3 15mg. You’re reasoning for taking GABA was the deep sleep effects, but also the GH effect too. Now I’ve read several articles about the effects 3-5g of GABA can have on your natural production of GH, but I’ve also read it doesn’t pass the blood brain barrier. I think you may have posted the log in 08, so I’m curious if your opinion might have changed with personal experience or recent research on GABA and the effect of GH.
I recently turned 42 and I need all the help I can get because I can definitely feel the difference as I age. Thanks!
