Ok, I’ve been on the shelf for about a month or so w/ a knee injury, so I have NOT been able to do any cardio or leg training during that time. I plan on resuming hard training again in a few days after i see my dr… I need to get as cut as possible in the next month.
Has anyone used the fat fast plan with success? And I’ve read the 2nd version of the plan, I was wondering what the 3rd version had differently. I was planning on keeping lots of of compound movements in my routine, and follow my AM lifting sessions w/ interval cardio…possibly throwing in a few extra AM interval sessions also.
Any advice? I’m 6’1, about 187 lbs, around 11% bf, need to get in single digits, and be more cut.
